Do you know what you want to do for self care, but just cannot seem to find the time or opportunity to do it? Welcome to the Cottage! Here, you can try out coping skills at your own pace, exploring strategies without having to sign up for classes or buy equipment first.

What this service is
Arrive at your appointment ready to explore a variety of coping strategies

You might try out guided meditation, unleash your creativity at the art table, or see how it's possible to connect with nature by repotting a small houseplant
If you're feeling a bit restless, there's space for you to release those feelings too, whether it's by tearing up paper, trying out simple qi dong poses, or enjoying a mindful walk in the peaceful, wooded yard (weather permitting)
Select from 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions.
You are welcome to attend once or return multiple times AND
you can share the experience (and cost) with up to two friends
